Natural Patterns 2

Here's another great pattern found in nature. A natural starburst; it's almost mesmerizing if you look at it very long.

I like that the photo has a strong focal point and the pattern fades a bit at the edges. The natural outlining of the leaf edges adds greatly to the pattern and is just another of the subtle yet wonderful details Yahweh puts into His creation.

Natural Patterns 1

It is amazing the variety of patterns and textures found in nature. I enjoy finding and isolating these patterns--they make for interesting and even beautiful photographs.

This is a cactus in the Belle Isle conservatory in Detroit. It makes an interesting graphic image. People have seen various things in the photo--like an overhead view of cattle crossing a river in two lines or the profile of a pregnant woman.

Whatever you see, it is worth noting the detail that God has put into so many things; detail that we often miss.
